Our 'Simply Perfect' Package is an inclusive package for 40 guests, and includes:
- Bucks Fizz Reception
- Three course Wedding Breakfast with a glass of wine
- Glass of Sparkling Wine for the Toast
- Evening Finger Buffet
- Room hire for both day and evening receptions with private bar facilities
If you wish to invite additional guests, the cost for the full package is £56.00 per person, and £12.00 per person for the evening reception only. The Simply Perfect package is valid for weddings taking place Monday - Thursday between 1st January & 31st December 2009.
We offer four function suites, all beautifully decorated and varying in size to accommodate your special day, whether it is for 10 to 100 guests.
The beautiful & Victorian style conservatory with its garden views is the ideal room licensed for the smaller Civil Ceremonies. It is also ideal for the smaller & intimate Wedding Breakfasts.
Catering for the medium sized Wedding Parties, the Esdaile Suite is enhanced by a beautiful stain glass window and stunning views across the deer fields. In addition to this the suite also has a small stage area. The suite is also licensed for Civil Ceremonies.
The oak panelled restaurant is the ideal setting for the formal wedding breakfast. With its views over the landscaped gardens & the large Blue Cedar Tree, it makes this traditional room a superb location. Proving to be the most popular of our rooms the restaurant will compliment any occasion enhanced by the Baby Grand Piano.
Situated within the grounds of the hotel, the Charcoals suite is fully self-contained with its own bar & dance floor. It is the perfect venue for evening wedding receptions and easily adapts itself for both smaller & larger parties. With its own lawn gardens it is the ideal location for the more informal reception and can provide the perfect setting for BBQs & Hog Roasts.
As well as being a sought-after venue for wedding receptions, the hotel is also fully licensed for civil and commitment ceremonies. Offering a choice of two rooms dependant on your party size.
If you wish to extend your celebrations into the evening, perhaps inviting further guests to help you celebrate your special day to the end, we can help create the perfect evening reception for you. We are also able to assist in arranging entertainment.
